State Troopers have confirmed that the Powderly man critically injured in a three vehicle head on collision on FM195 in Lamar County on December 6 has died of his injuries at Plano Medical Center. 59 year old Larry Scott Briscoe was the driver of one of the vehicles that was struck by 80 year old Victor Lawler of Broken Bow, OK., who died at the scene. The driver of the third vehicle involved in the crash, 56 year old Phillip Bettis of Blossom was not injured.
