Man Jailed In Hopkins County On Felony Drug Charge

Hopkins County arrested 28-year-old Justin Blaine Sicard Saturday for possession of more than four but less than 200 grams of a Penalty Group 1 Controlled Substance and a Sulphur Springs Police Department traffic warrant. His bond is $30,000 on the second-degree drug charge.
