Authorities are searching for an 80-year-old man with cognitive disabilities missing from a Texarkana nursing home. Billy Baird left about 4:00 am through a window he managed to open at the facility on Hampton Road. He has short grey hair with a scruffy beard and has an open wound on his neck’s right side.
