Man Reported Missing Arrested After Choctaw County Tractor Thefts

A  Chicago man reported missing in Hugo on Wednesday was later found and arrested. 32 year old Benjamin Barragon allegedly stole a tractor from the Choctaw Nation, a hay truck from Ft. Towson and then another tractor. He was confronted by ranchers and attempted to flee on foot.  He was captured by OSBI troopers and is being held in the Choctaw County jail.
