Eight District Judge Eddie Northcutt, Friday, sentenced Nelson Mitchell Privette, 21, of Winnsboro, to two years in prison for driving erratically and causing a head-on collision. Two people in the other vehicle suffered serious injuries. A grand jury indicted Privette for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
