Man Sentenced For Livestock Theft

Jacob Thompson has been sentenced in Hopkins County to 10 years probation theft of livestock from the Sulphur Springs Livestock Auction and 2^nd degree felony theft .  He was accused of trying to purchase 400 head of cattle with worthless checks totaling about $300,000.
