Sulphur Springs Police, Fire, and Hopkins County EMS responded to Commercial Services Dr. for a severe and traumatic injury at the workplace. They declined a request for an air ambulance because of the weather, and the patient was transported to a Tyler hospital by ground ambulance. Northeast Texas Media reports they finally transported the person to Houston for emergency surgery.
