One person was shot and killed Wednesday after an argument near Anna. 20 year old John Robert Sim was arrested in connection to the fatal shooting of 55 year old Julio Garcia at Hurricane Creek Golf Course His bond is $500,000. Collin County deputies are handling the investigation. Both men reportedly worked at the golf course.
