Man Waives Jury Trial In HIgh School Threats Cases

A man accused of making terroristic threats against Longview and Kilgore High Schools has waived his right to a jury trial. Reportedly, 20-year-old David Alexander Nelson was set to go on trial next week. The case, however, remains pending without setting a date for hearings. Nelson has been in jail under a $500,000 bond since his arrest in October of 2018.
