Man Wanted in Red River County Arrested in Paris

Paris Police located 37-year-old Kenji Barr, who Red River County wanted on a warrant, in the 2900 block of Clarksville. Officers arrested him for possession of methamphetamine, the outstanding warrants for burglary of a habitation, and unauthorized use of a vehicle. Once inside the jail, officers found Barr in possession of more methamphetamine, and charged him with possession of a prohibited substance in a correctional facility.
