The man Dallas Police arrested for shooting a two-year-old in an apparent road rage incident has posted an $850,000 bond. Wednesday afternoon, 50-year-old Jason Cain of Dallas came up with the cash required to make bond and is now out of jail with an ankle monitor. Jacqueline Garcia, her two-year-old girl, and the girl’s father were in the car delivering DoorDash when they encountered a motorcycle, which they narrowly avoided and honked at each other. Cain fired into the vehicle, striking the child with one of the shots. She remains hospitalized in stable condition after emergency surgery.
