Manslaughter Charge Dropped Against Royce City Man

A Royce City man charged with manslaughter in connection with a fatal crash last September pleaded guilty Monday in Hunt County District Court to Tampering with and Fabricating Physical Evidence. Kale Dawson Malone was sentenced to three years of probation. Larry Don Derryberry was killed in the crash.
