UPDATE Mapps Sentenced To 99 Years In Prison.

A Hopkins County jury has convicted 20 year old Tilton Isaiah Mapps of Greenville of murder. Mapps was accused of fatally shooting 26 year old Jonathan Trahern Young in Pacific Park of June of 2015. Mapps testified in his own defense and was the last witness in the guilt or innocence phase of the trial. Mapps was sentenced Thursday to 99 years in prison.
