Marion County Lawsuit Against Sheriff Dismissed

Two lawsuits filed by Marion County jail inmates against the Sheriff and jail staff have been dismissed by the judge hearing the case.  The inmates were seeking $12 million, and claimed that the sheriff and his staff ignored mold infestation at the jail. The inmates were seeking relief from pain and suffering caused by the mold.
