Masks Required In Dallas Courthouse

Masks are now required in all Dallas County Courthouses. As of Monday, a new order went into effect because of increasing cases of the Delta variation of the coronavirus. The order confused some, who were under the impression governor Greg Abbott had barred enforcement of any public mask mandates in Texas. Last month the Chief Judge of the North Texas federal courts issued an order requiring masks be worn in the federal courthouses.
