McCurtain County Escapee Captured

Officers arrested 21-year-old Justin Hughes during an attempted burglary off of Old 21 Road near Idabel, and he was the third escaped inmate from the McCurtain County Jail. Jerome Lynn Rutherford, Jr., 23, the final escapee, is still on the run.
