McCurtain County Deputies have arrested a man for allegedly selling moonshine to a convenience store in Eagletown. Someone tipped the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission that led to an undercover investigation, which led to the arrest of 34-year-old Gary Branson. Stills and other equipment used to make the shine were seized. More arrests are possible, and there are unconfirmed reports that minors may be involved.
