McCurtain County Man Convicted Of Child Sexual Abuse

A federal jury convicted Brett Dewayne Cole, 33, of Ringold, Oklahoma, of two counts of Aggravated Sexual Abuse in Indian Country and one count of Abusive Sexual Contact with a Child in Indian Country. The victim was a child under the age of 12. The FBI and McCurtain County Sheriff’s Office investigated the case, and Cole is waiting for sentencing.
