A McKinney Fire Department Captain has died of injuries he received in an off-duty motor vehicle crash. The initial investigation indicates that an 18-wheeler was crossing traffic and turning left when Captain James “Bull” Graham crashed into the truck with his pickup. Investigators said they could cite the big-rig driver for failing to yield the right of way.
