Metroplex Couple Jailed In Hopkins County

State Troopers arrested two people after a traffic stop for an equipment violation and speeding on I-30 in Hopkins County. A subsequent search turned up so-called “magic mushrooms.” Officials arrested 22-year-old Nicolas Cardenas and 20-year-old Linda Harmony Hardy, both of the Metroplex. Their bonds were each set at $20,000.
