Mexican Cartels Using Drones

Mexican drug cartels are weaponizing drones to fly their drug shipments across the border and into Texas. Assistant Homeland Security Secretary Samantha Vinograd told a senate hearing that the cartels are also using drones to track where the border patrol is operating, so they can avoid detection. The feds are asking for a rule change, allowing state and federal cops to track drones and — in some cases — use technology to disrupt their flights.
