Authorities arrested five West Texas school employees for failing to report a sexual assault. It happened at Midland Christian School during baseball practice. According to Newswest 9, a student said it was “freshman initiation day.” The first-year baseball player was hit and pushed to the ground and then assaulted with a baseball bat. Those arrested include the school’s superintendent, the secondary principal, the athletic director, the principal and coach, and the head baseball coach. All are charged with failure to report with intent to conceal, neglect or abuse.
