Migrant Found Hanged In South Texas

They found the body of a migrant hanging from a tree in south Texas in what some call a possible lynching. Brooks County Sheriff Benny Martinez says he was shocked. He says the victim was a male Mexican national, and investigators found little else. The Texas Rangers have launched an investigation and are handling the incident as a homicide. The problem, Sheriff Martinez says, is that there are no witnesses to the hanging, and it’s unlikely any illegal immigrant will come forward.
