Military Corpsmen To Assist Texas In Covid Fight

A U.S. Army urban augmentation medical task force arrived Monday in Houston…and one of those groups has been in San Antonio for the past week. They include clinical staffers with experience dealing with infectious diseases and supplementing local doctors and nurses. Texas will be receiving four more of those teams, along with teams from the U.S. Navy. The Army will deploy them as needed across the state to support local hospitals treating COVID-19 patients.
