Mineola Restaurant Destroyed by Fire To Be Rebuilt

The owner of a Mineola restaurant destroyed by fire late Sunday night says he plans to re-open the eatery. Wing-Dingers owner Chris Fischer says he will rebuild at the same location, and the new restaurant will be the same size. Some of the employees who worked at the Mineola restaurant will relocate to the Quitman Wing Dingers and others will be asked to assist in the clean up and rebuilding process. The State Fire Marshal’s Office is assisting Wood County authorities in the investigation into the fire.
