Missionary Pilot Killed In Guatemala Had East Texas Ties

Luke Sullivan – Paradise Bound Ministries

A man killed in a plane crash in Guatemala was a graduate of LeTourneau University in Longview. Twenty-eight-year-old Luke Sullivan was Aviation Director for the Michigan-based missionary group Paradise Bound Ministries. He had a degree in Aeronautical Science with Cross-Cultural studies. He also played baseball for the university. Sullivan leaves behind his wife, three daughters and a fourth on the way.
