Mistrial Declared in Robertson Case

Judge Wes Tidwell declared a mistrial Monday in the trial of a former Most Wanted Fugitive from Lamar County charged with multiple child sexual assaults. The father of defendant Donald Jack Robertson II came into the courtroom with a dog during opening statements and began quoting scripture. The jury was dismissed and a new jury will be picked for Robertson’s next trial.
