MonkeyPox Spreading

Monkeypox cases are starting to rise, and so is the level of disinformation. Public health experts are trying to explain that this is not a disease that only gay people spread. Dr. Rodney Rohde [row-dee], a microbiologist at Texas State University, calls it an “equal opportunity infector.” the CDC, though, says a “notable fraction” of cases are happening among gay. There are about 600-confirmed cases in the U.S. and one death globally.
