More ATM Frauds Reported

A husband and wife were arrested after they tried to use fraudulent gift cards at ATMs in Texarkana. The incidents happened at two Red River Credit Union locations. Officials arrested 23-year-old Catalin Miclescu and his 21-year-old wife Bianca, both of Houston, and a 16-year-old involved after a brief chase. Authorities recovered $19,000 cash, 217 gift cards that had been reprogrammed, and hundreds of ATM transaction receipts from throughout Northeast Texas.
