More Suspects Indicted In Convenience Store Murder

Two more suspects have been indicted for the murder of a Smith County convenience store clerk. 32 year old Lemarcus Hannah and 23 year old Kedarius Hayes Oliver are charged with the murder of 52 year old Billy Dale Stacks. Stacks is a former resident of Mt. Pleasant and still has relatives in Titus and Franklin counties. Two other men were previously indicted for capital murder in the case.
