More Texas Labs Get Coronavirus Testing Ability

 

State and local health laboratories are now equipped to test patients for the Coronavirus. Facilities that are part of the “Laboratory Response Network” will be able to handle more than 125 tests per day. The test includes a nasal and oral swab taken from the patient. The new labs are in Fort Worth, Dallas, Tyler, El Paso, Lubbock, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Corpus Christi and Harlingen.
