A 31-year-old Morris County man is being held without bond in the Gregg County Jail after his arrest on Upshur County warrants. Officials charged Christopher Stevens, of Daingerfield, with bond forfeiture/deadly conduct discharging a firearm and bond forfeiture/assault against a public servant and a Longview warrant for speeding.
