Hopkins County Deputies arrested Tyler Marcus Hightower, 35, of Omaha, on felony drug charges, outstanding warrants, and DWI after a traffic stop for failure to drive in a single lane. Hightower had possession of 19 Xanax tablets without a prescription. Titus County had a warrant for possession of more than one but less than four grams of a Penalty Group 1 Controlled Substance.
