Most Wanted Sex Offender Captured In NE Texas

A Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive Sex Offender has been captured in Northeast Texas. 39 year old Robert Charles Willis was taken into custody in Wake Village after DPS Criminal Investigators received a tip. Willis was wanted in Texas for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements and in Arkansas for violating his parole.. A $5,000 reward will be given to the person that made the tip to authorities.
