The Texas Ten Most Wanted Fugitive with ties to Lamar and Red River Counties is now in custody. 37 year old Jahmar Nykel Young, a reported Bloods gang member and convicted sex offender was arrested after a traffic stop in Dallas. It hasn’t been determined if the $7500 reward will be paid.
