A 31 year old Sulphur Springs woman was arrested at Christus-Mother Frances Hospital in Sulphur Springs on a CPS warrant. Shaukiquia Tralynn Ford was charged with injury to a child after her baby tested positive for cocaine. She remained in the Hopkins County jail in lieu of $10,000 bond.
