Mother Of Drowned Child Arrested

The mother of a child who drowned in the Smith County community of Chapel Hill has been arrested. Three-old Madison Williams was reported missing August 18 on Smith CR 210 in the Chapel Hill area and was found in a pond after an intensive search. Her mother, Tiffany Snyder, was arrested for injury to a child and remains behind bars in lieu of $200,000 bond. No other details have been released.
