Mother Of Murdered Boy Charged

The mother of a 4-year-old Hunt County boy allegedly murdered earlier this year has been charged with Injury to a Child by Omission. 24 year old is accused of failing to seek medical assistance for Carson Rodriguez shortly before he died. She is the girlfriend of Ricky Lee Trenton Overly of Campbell,  who was charged with murder in the case.
