Mothers Of Special Needs Children File Lawsuits

Separate lawsuits have been filed in Upshur County District Court by two mothers of special needs children. Their children died only weeks apart at a Gladewater facility. Named as defendants in the suit are Truman W. Smith Children’s Care Center and its parent company, Nexion Health at Truman.
