Saturday morning at 3:23, a vehicle struck a utility pole, causing a power outage in the 1300-block of Cochran, and Sunday afternoon at 1:51, firefighters worked a fire at 1308 Stevens with several propane tanks. In addition, Titus County reported two grass fires over the weekend.
