Mt Pleasant Man Faces Multiple Violent Charges

Deputies arrested 27-year-old Juan Vargas, of Mt Pleasant, on two counts of Injury to a Child, two counts of Assault by Impeding Breath-Family Violence, and two counts of Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member. His bonds total $100,000 and he remains in the Titus County Jail.
