The Mount Pleasant Lady Tigers finished up their 2017 Volleyball Season last night with a win over the Pine Tree Lady Pirates. Both the 7th and 8th-grade teams put an exclamation mark on the end of their seasons by beating Pine Tree in straight sets. Behind some excellent serving and passing, the Lady Tigers were able to cap off their roller coaster seasons on a high note.
Your 2017 7th-Grade Lady Tigers were: Jackie Rodriguez, Morgan Brooks, Jillian Velasquez, Raegan Houchin, Jenna Cook, Dana Memije, Kendall Walker, Jordyn Hargrave, Lariza Garza, and Paris Beard, with Manager I’yana Williams.
Your 2017 8th-Grade Lady Tigers were: Genesis Roberson, Ladi Guereca, Mariana Gonzalez, Katie Ochoa, Audrey DeSantiago, Hadleigh Mays, Lainy Blackstone, Trinitee Brannon, and Sarah Godfrey, with Managers Yannin Santiago and Vicky Martinez.
