USDA Rural Development Mount Pleasant Area Office Hosts Housing Workshop

TEMPLE, TEXAS, April 11, 2016 – The USDA Rural Development Mount Pleasant Area Office will be hosting a Housing Workshop on Tuesday, April 19th from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at the City of Nash Municipal Office, 119 Elm St., Nash, Texas. Our office proudly provides service to Bowie, Cass, Morris, Titus, Red River, Franklin, Delta, Lamar, and Hopkins Counties.

Potential applicants, builder/contractors, realtors, and other interested individuals are encouraged to attend. Topics include how 100% financing can be used to purchase an existing or newly constructed home in an eligible rural area, the requirements, sectors that are considered eligible, and how to apply.
