A Holiday Shopping Extravaganza for Northeast Texas
Mount Pleasant, TX, October 27, 2016: On November 11-12, the Mount Pleasant Chamber of Commerce is once again producing Deck the Halls, the city’s annual holiday shopping event held at the Mount Pleasant Civic Center (1800 North Jefferson Ave.). Featuring more than 30 vendors, attendees of the event will have the opportunity to shop for everyone on their Christmas list. Vendors will feature holiday decor, boutique clothing, home decor, specialty foods, bath and body products and much more.
Entertainment will be provided both days by local school choirs and dance teams. A chili supper will be available Friday night, and a chicken spaghetti lunch on Saturday afternoon. Plates are $7 each, and proceeds benefit Cypress Basin Hospice.
Event hours are 4:00 until 8:00 pm on Friday and 8:30 am until 4:00 -m on Saturday. Admission is $5 for guests 12 and older. It is $3 for seniors and military.
