The Mt Pleasant High School Tiger Basketball team will take on Lancaster Friday (Mar 2) in the Region II Tournament. Tip-off is 7:30 at the Curtis Culwell Center, 4999 Naaman Forest Blvd. in Garland. Mt Pleasant is the visiting team and uses the West Entrance. Ticket prices $8.00 for adults and $6.00 for students. Parking is $10. District passes will not be accepted. To ensure guest safety and quicker entry into the facility, the Curtis Culwell Center has implemented a bag policy limiting the size and type allowed at all events. While the CCC encourages guests not to bring bags if possible, the following are permissible:
• Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags that do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12.”
• One-gallon clear plastic Ziploc-style bags.
• Clutch bags approximately the size of a hand.
• Medically necessary items.
“Midlothian will take on Prosper at 6:00 pm Friday (Mar 2), so you might want to arrive early to get a good parking place,” said Dr. Judith Saxton, MPISD Director of Communications. “You can pre-purchase tickets online for the game to save yourself a lot of time when you arrive at the Center.
