Mt Vernon ISD Classes Cancelled Because Of Illnesses

Mount Vernon ISD has canceled classes for Thursday and Friday because of the number of students absent with flu and other illnesses. Since Monday is a staff development day, students will not return to school until Tuesday. The custodial staff will conduct intensive cleaning and disinfecting during the next several days.
