Mt Vernon Man Charged With Continuous Sexual Abuse

A Franklin County grand jury indicted 33-year-old, Labberrius Qudon Evans, of Mt Vernon, for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child. The alleged victim was under the age of 14. The investigation was conducted by Franklin County Deputies and Mt Vernon Police Department Investigators. Bond was set at $250,000 by District Judge Eddie Northcutt and Evans remains behind bars.
