Mt Vernon Police is looking for a 26-year-old man last seen on June 13 at Mother Frances Hospital in Winnsboro. Michael Ray Weir had been staying at the American Inn motel in Mount Vernon. His vehicle and keys were found at the motel. He was also seen using an ATM at Texas American Bank. Weir’s father says it is unlike his son to not have contact with family.
