Multi-Agency NE Texas Child Trafficking Bust

DPS’ CID agents, the FBI and Texarkana Police arrested a Northeast Texas man for human trafficking. Kenneth D. Nelson, 63, of Texarkana, was arrested and booked into the Bi-State Jail on charges of continuous trafficking of persons; all of which were underage girls. The charge is a first-degree felony.
