One of the defendants in a Northeast Texas murder case is back in custody after breaking house arrest conditions. 21 year old Marquell Deonte Smith and two other defendants had been released from the Bowie County jail when their bonds were lowered, but had strict rules set, which included house arrest and the wearing GPS ankle monitoring devices. Smith was caught leaving his father’s house to visit neighbors. He’s accused of murdering 24 year old Christopher Guilbeau of Texarkana last year.
